An image of San Rafael presides over the sacristy, inserted in a niche with its own altar. Smaller than life-size, this carved and polychromed wooden image dates back to the late 18th century, aesthetically following the Archangels of the triumphs and the image of San Rafael that presides over the temple, as can be observed by the arrangement of the draperies. It has a walking staff, halo, and silver fish, the latter dated around 1720. At its feet, the quintessential Córdoba attribute, the cartouche of the Oath.
