This large canvas, which presides over one of the walls of the sacristy, depicts the apparition of the Five Knights to Father Roelas. The work, datable to the second third of the 18th century, was located in the choir of the old hermitage and was moved to the sacristy once the temple was expanded. In it, Father Roelas can be seen standing up in response to the greeting of the young knights, who inform him that the bones found in the church of San Pedro should be greatly venerated as they belong to the Cordovan Martyrs. In the background, one of the knights points out to his companions where he was captured, which has helped identify these five young men as the martyrs Fausto, Genaro, Marcial, Zoilo, and Acisclo.
